Description :
Day 1 : meeting in the morning in Château d'Oex. We set off through the alpine pastures for a gentle and gradual ascent facing the Vanil Noir. A balcony trail allows us to bypass the North-East ridge of the Vanil and discover a wild valley where our first accommodation for the night is located.

Day 2 : we start the day with a gentle descent through the valley. At this early hour, we might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the wildlife in this nature reserve. The landscapes are truly spectacular as we climb towards the Gastlosen range, which unfolds before our eyes. Our mountain hut awaits us at the foot of these dizzying cliffs, which we'll have plenty of time to admire in the light of the setting sun.

Day 3 : continuing our exploration of the Gastlosen range, did you know that this chain of mountains is classified as a landscape and geotope of national importance ? Today's trail alternates between gentle ascents and descents, taking us on a mineral journey around these sharp rocks. In the afternoon, we'll make our way gently to our mountain hut for our final night in the mountains.

Day 4 : on our final day, we have more stunning sights to behold ! We begin by following a scenic path that leads us gently towards the southern end of the Gastlosen range. From there, we rediscover the majesty of the Vanil Noir before continuing along the trail towards the valley. We then take a train back to our starting point.
